By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the jlibet platform available at jlibet.vip (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the jlibet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and must not attempt to register an account or place any wager. Your continued use of any portion of the jlibet Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jlibet ("jlibet," "we," "us," or "the Company"), the operator of jlibet.vip, a PAGCOR-authorized online gaming platform serving the Philippine market.

To be eligible to register a jlibet account and participate in real-money gaming, you must satisfy all of the following requirements:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations is 21 years. This requirement is strictly enforced. Any person who is under 21 years of age is expressly prohibited from registering or using any real-money features of the jlibet Platform.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity).

4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of jlibet or any of its affiliated companies, nor a close family member of such a person.
5. You must not be a person who has been excluded from gaming through a self-exclusion programme or any regulatory exclusion order.
6. You must not have had a prior jlibet account that was terminated for breach of these Terms.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each eligible person may register and maintain only one (1) jlibet account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited. If jlibet identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same person, all accounts other than the first verified account may be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at registration and to keep your account information current at all times. You must notify jlibet immediately of any changes to your registered information by contacting jlibet support. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlibet login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify jlibet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jlibet shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. jlibet is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of account holders prior to processing withdrawals and upon reaching certain transaction thresholds. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID and may require proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframes specified by jlibet may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.

3.5 Non-Transferability. Your jlibet account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. Playing on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jlibet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. jlibet reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Own Account Requirement. All payment methods used for deposits to and withdrawals from jlibet must be registered in your own legal name. Deposits from or withdrawals to payment accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. This requirement applies to all payment methods including e-wallets, bank accounts, and cryptocurrency wallets.

4.3 Transaction Limits

* Processing times apply to verified accounts during standard operating hours and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed after KYC verification is complete, all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied, and jlibet is satisfied that there are no grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. jlibet reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, which may delay processing.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jlibet may, after providing reasonable notice to your registered email address, apply a monthly dormancy fee of ₱50 per month to dormant accounts with a positive balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

5.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the jlibet Platform is subject to its own specific game rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics and payout structures.

5.2 Random Number Generation. All electronic games on the jlibet Platform that are determined by a random outcome use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers in licensed studio facilities. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are made available for all slot titles prior to play.

5.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a game or system malfunction, any bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and the relevant stakes refunded to the player's account. jlibet shall have no further liability to the player in respect of a malfunctioned round. Game results that are clearly erroneous due to technical failure do not create any entitlement to a payout.

5.4 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the jlibet system and a confirmation reference has been generated. jlibet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed after the official close of betting for an event or after the outcome of a live game event has been determined, regardless of any technical display issue that may have allowed the bet to be placed.

5.5 Insufficient Funds. Bets will not be accepted if your jlibet account does not hold sufficient cleared funds to cover the full amount of the wager at the time of placement. Any apparent bet confirmation on an account with insufficient funds is void.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by jlibet are subject to these general bonus terms and any additional specific terms published with each individual offer. In the event of conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence over these general terms for the particular promotion in question.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to a jlibet account must be wagered at least twenty-five (25) times on eligible games before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet per spin or round while wagering a bonus will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. jlibet operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Providing false information to qualify for a bonus.
• Systematically exploiting promotions through low-risk wagering strategies designed to guarantee profit while satisfying wagering requirements (including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage wagering, and hedge betting using bonus funds).
• Coordinating with other players to abuse promotional structures.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise specified, all bonus credits and free spins expire thirty (30) days from the date of crediting if wagering requirements have not been completed. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from expired bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlibet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or funding of illegal activities.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or mechanical device to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Attempting to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any technical security measure, game outcome, or RNG system on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized payment methods to fund a jlibet account.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any restricted area of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlibet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Opening or attempting to open an account while subject to a self-exclusion or regulatory exclusion order.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the jlibet Platform without written authorization.

8.1 jlibet's Rights. jlibet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, including where: (a) a player has breached or is suspected of breaching these Terms; (b) jlibet is required to do so by a regulatory authority; (c) jlibet suspects fraudulent activity or money laundering; (d) a player's conduct is harmful to other players or to the integrity of the Platform.

8.2 Funds on Suspension. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's balance will be held until the investigation is completed. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned and account access restored. If a breach is confirmed, any balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

8.3 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your jlibet account at any time by contacting jlibet support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance after satisfaction of applicable terms will be refunded to a verified payment method in your name. If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, jlibet's self-exclusion programme provides a formal mechanism that restricts re-registration attempts.

All content on the jlibet Platform, including but not limited to the jlibet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game content, software, text, and compiled information, is the intellectual property of jlibet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international treaties.

Your use of the jlibet Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without jlibet's prior written consent.

10.1 Platform Availability. jlibet does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from interruptions, delays, or technical failures. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, or third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability. jlibet will take reasonable steps to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses or missed betting opportunities arising from Platform downtime.

10.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jlibet's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your jlibet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Exclusions. Nothing in these Terms limits jlibet's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by jlibet's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

jlibet collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with the jlibet Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, and in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By creating a jlibet account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

jlibet may be required to share your information with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other competent Philippine regulatory authorities in fulfilment of its regulatory and legal obligations. Such disclosures will be made only to the extent required and in compliance with applicable Philippine law.

jlibet is committed to operating a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed with a minimum exclusion period of six (6) months and a maximum of five (5) years. 13.1 Internal Resolution. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your jlibet account, a game outcome, a bonus, or a transaction, you should first submit the complaint to jlibet's customer support team via the live chat function on jlibet.vip. jlibet will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours of receipt and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

13.2 Escalation to PAGCOR. If you are not satisfied with jlibet's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process. jlibet is bound to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated dispute investigation. 13.3 No Class Actions. All disputes against jlibet must be brought on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class action, collective proceeding, or representative action against jlibet.

jlibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by regulatory or legal changes.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page at jlibet.vip/terms-conditions, with the effective date displayed at the top of the document. Your continued use of the jlibet Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13, you irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms. Nothing in this clause shall limit jlibet's ability to apply for and obtain interim injunctive or other relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
